1. No Returns Due to Perishable Nature
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection
Buyerβs remorse
All sales are final once the order has been delivered.
2. Quality Guarantee (Damaged or Unfresh Flowers)
If your flowers arrive:
Damaged
Wilted
Broken
Not fresh-looking
You may qualify for a replacement or full refund provided that you:
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time
Send a clear photo of the damaged flowers to info@zipflowerdelivery.com
Resolution Options
We will either:
Send a fresh replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund
3. Same-Day Delivery
We offer Same-Day Delivery on eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Please contact us for specific cutoff hours. Refunds related to delivery delays are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing Time
